If any of the information listed is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. This is only an initial confirmation of the trip(s) and may not include some charges incurred during the performance of the trip(s) and may include, but not limited to 1) Early/Late hour fees, 2) Extra Stops, 3) Tolls & Parking & 4) Waiting time charges. We assume no responsibility and specifically disclaims liability for any items which may be left in its vehicles.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations/changes made with a 12 hour limit will be penalized with 50% of the reservation value. All cancellationschanges made with less than 4 hours will be penalized with 100% of the reservation value.
Due to internal policies, smoking is not accepted inside our vehicles.
* Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. * The driver has the right to terminate the Services without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client (s)). * It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. * Smoking is not permitted in our cars.
Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. All flight arrivals have a 60 minute complimentary waiting time starting from the moment the flight lands. Overtime pay will apply after the 60 minute wait time.
Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.
